South Staffordshire Learning Partnership exists to deliver an outstanding educational journey for every child and family we serve, from Reception through to Year 13. Our goal is to provide a working environment where staff feel valued, where there are a myriad of opportunities for further development and progression and where staff are professionally empowered to be the best teacher they can be or the best member of support staff they can be.
Our goal is to strip away the unnecessary and time consuming for all our staff and in so doing enable them to focus on delivering the best educational journey possible for the young people who attend our schools. We want to enable our staff to be engaged and enthusiastic, to understand that they belong to a larger organisation which has a sole focus of delivering the best educational experience possible for the community of South Staffordshire.
