About Codsall Community High School
We are really excited to welcome you to Codsall Community High School. The school has an excellent reputation and a long track record of good and outstanding results. The school is part of the South Staffordshire Learning Partnership, a federation of schools that provide education from nursery to year 13. As a school we have a shared ambition to provide the very best possible education for our young people. We are always keen to meet likeminded staff to join us on our journey. We firmly believe that teaching is the best job in the world but also understand that it can be exhausting and challenging at times. We have worked incredibly hard to create a working environment where you will be expected to deliver on a daily basis for our young people but also an environment where it can be done with a smile on your face.
Why work for South Staffordshire Learning Partnership?
“This school is so much better in terms of looking after your mental health and wellbeing. It is a lovely school in terms of people that work here the people are trustworthy and if you go to them, they understand.”
“We get a lot of trust, if something is presented as an idea we are given that freedom to implement it.”
Staff Quotes (Oct 23)
We wish to strip away the unnecessary and focus on the important – the craft of the classroom to ensure our students leave us with the best possible outcomes. This approach is used in every decision we make. We continue to develop an open and engaged culture where all staff can suggest ways things could be done better and we strive to ensure effective communication about whole school decisions before these decisions are made.
