What grades do I need to get?
To study A Levels you will need at least a grade 6 in the GCSE subjects that closely match your A Level choices, with grade 5s in English and Maths.
To study BTEC courses, you will need at least grade 4 in the GCSE subject (or a merit at level 2 in a BTEC subject) that is closest to the subject you want to study.
Teachers will be consulted for advice on a student’s suitability for a course.
What is the timetable like?
Students studying A Level subjects have lessons and study periods every day.
Students studying BTEC courses have a mixture of days in school, study days at home or work experience.
