01 Feb Careers Be Prepared
It is more important this year than in previous years to be ahead of the game and for you to register for your preferred post 16 education. The earlier you apply or register to apply, the better your chances will be of getting onto your chosen course to study at the destination of your choice.
Don’t focus on the things you can’t do! Concentrate on the things you can do to help you achieve your future choices.
Use your unifrog account to help you to put together your C.V or search career pathways for the career of your choice. Your invite was sent to your school email address in January. The only way to access your unifrog account for the first time, is to access it via your invitation letter (not via Google). You do not need a form code at this point.
If you’re considering Codsall High, sixth form and haven’t applied, you should Email email@example.com
If you’re interested in an apprenticeship, ensure you have a backup plan in place. Some apprenticeships may be rolled over from last/this year, meaning there may be less apprenticeships available.

To find out how to become an apprentice, what apprenticeships are available and which employers offer them and to see if an apprenticeship is the best route for you: www.apprenticeships.gov.uk
Are you interested in studying at College?
Check out local college courses. All local colleges are working really hard to support future students and are already hosting virtual open days. Did you know that you can register to enrol on courses now for Sept 2021? Do not ask staff for predicted grades.
Grade information will not be available until after the ofqual consultation is finalized(colleges will be aware of this).
